(1) Just pull out the Floatation Device along with the Rope Enforcer! (The Alarms are automatically activated!)
(2)Just unhook the Rope Enforcer from the Floatation Device and hold one in each hand!
(3) Just point the arrows on the Rope Enforcer towards the person in trouble and then throw the Floatation Device to them!
Once the person has hold, then pull to safety!
